The rules for using Butters, including private content, plans, subscriptions, and account responsibilities.

Butters is intended only for adults who are at least 18 years old.
By using Butters, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, that you are legally able to use the app, and that you will use the service only for lawful purposes.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device, sign-in method, and account access.
You may not impersonate another person, share access in a way that compromises private data, or interfere with the normal operation or security of the service.
You agree not to misuse the app, harass or threaten another person, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or reverse engineer the service beyond what law permits, or use Butters for illegal, abusive, exploitative, or deceptive conduct.
You are responsible for the content you upload, store, or share within your private relationship experience.
Butters provides private tools such as moments, albums, reminders, relationship prompts, gift recommendations, and related planning features.
These features are intended for personal use only. They are not therapy, emergency support, medical care, legal advice, or professional counseling.
You understand that content shared inside a connected relationship space may be visible to the linked account or accounts in that same space.
Butters may offer invite-only beta access, free trials, free plans, and paid Pro plans. Specific features, upload limits, retention windows, and pricing may vary by plan.
Trial access can end automatically. If your account moves from Trial to Free, content above Free limits may become hidden and later deleted after the applicable grace period if you do not upgrade.
Paid subscriptions renew, cancel, and refund according to the rules of the Apple App Store or Google Play, plus any related RevenueCat subscription state we use to manage access inside the app.
We may change, improve, limit, suspend, or remove features over time, including plan features, beta access rules, storage limits, and content policies.
We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available in every region, on every device, or at every time.
You can stop using Butters at any time and delete your account from inside the app.
We may suspend, restrict, or remove accounts that violate these terms or create safety, abuse, fraud, payment, moderation, or platform-security risks.
Butters is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Butters and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or relationship outcomes arising from use of the app.
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Butters after updated terms take effect means you accept the revised version, unless applicable law requires a different consent flow.
